一般退貨
STANDARD RETURNS
希望每一位顧客都能在RELEASE ATELIER愉快的消費，並且請您理解，訂製商品除非有作品瑕疵或尺寸落差過大，恕不接受其他原因的退貨。如果作品有任何問題，請您在收到包裹開始的第7天之內，透過info@releaseatelier.com聯繫我們。
We hope every customer enjoys shopping at RELEASE ATELIER. Please understand that custom-made items are not eligible for returns except in cases of defects or significant size discrepancies. If there is any issue with your item, please contact us at info@releaseatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
建議將作品交給有記錄或追蹤的送貨服務寄送，因為我們對於運輸途中的任何損害和遺失不承擔任何責任。退貨前，請將未曾磨損的作品連同原始標籤及附件，一同收進RELEASE ATELIER快遞包裝，一旦我們確定收到完整的退件，退款程序將會開始。
We recommend using a tracked or recorded shipping service, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. Before returning, please place the unworn item with all original tags and accessories in the RELEASE ATELIER packaging. Refunds will be processed once we confirm receipt of the complete return.
國際退貨
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
對於國際客戶，我們提供延長的 14 天退貨期，另外請知悉我們並不提供免費的退換貨服務，從我們的工作室收到您的退貨之日起，請務必等待 5-10 個工作日處理退貨。
We offer an extended 14 day returns period for all international customers. Please do note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders. Please do allow 5-10 working days for returns to be processed from the date our atelier receives your return.
瑕疵作品
FAUTY WORKS
所有的作品出貨前皆經過檢查後細心包裝，然而有時候也可能會有疏失，屆時請將未曾磨損的作品連同原始標籤及附件，一同收進RELEASE ATELIER快遞包裝，我們將非常樂意再重新寄送一次完整的作品給您。
All works are carefully checked before they are shipped, however occasionally we might miss something and, in this instance, providing it has not been worn and the original tags remain attached, packed into the original packaging, we would be more than happy to send a replacement.
如果作品在送達時已遭損壞，請在收到貨的七天之內發信至info@releaseatelier.com，並提供開箱影片及損壞區塊照片，只有當作品在抵達時已有瑕疵，換貨或退款才會被成立。請知悉洗滌過程中造成的損壞，或因穿戴使用而磨損及損壞的作品皆不會被視為瑕疵。
If your work arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@releaseatelier.com, also providing parcel opening video and photos. We can only offer an exchange or refund goods if the work was faulty on arrival. We also cannot accept responsibility for works that have been damaged during washing. Similarly, works that are damaged from wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
瑕疵定義
WHAT IS CONSIDERED FAULRY ?
所有顧客都希望收到“完美”的作品，但在製程中偶而會有些微異常情況發生，但作品整體依然漂亮且不影響使用及穿戴。由於RELEASE ATELIER幾乎所有作品都使用天然材質，因此織物上的殘留顏色和織物的小瑕疵將不被視為缺陷。任何有瑕疵的作品將用作樣品。這是我們減少浪費並擁抱天然材料缺陷的品牌計劃之一。
We understand that, as consumers, we all want to receive a ‘perfect’ work but, as in any manufacturing process, minor anomalies occur and we don’t consider these a justification for taking them out of use as they’re still beautiful and completely fit for purpose. Residual colour in the fabric and small fabric flaws will not be considered faulty. Any works that are not fit for purpose will be deemed faulty and used as a sample. This is part of our brand plan to reduce waste and to continue to embrace the imperfections in natural materials.
