We hope you are delighted with your RELEASE purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, please do contact us at info@releaseatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

恕不提供免費退貨服務，並且建議將作品交給有記錄或追蹤的送貨服務寄送，因為我們對於運輸途中的任何損害和遺失不承擔任何責任。

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and we would advise returning the garmentvia a recorded or tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged garments in transit.

退貨前，請將未曾磨損的作品連同原始標籤及附件，一同收進原始快遞盒，一旦我們確定收到完整的退件，退款程序將會開始，請注意其運送費用也將會從退款額中被扣除。

Providing the garmentis unworn, with the original tags remaining attached, and packed into the original folding box, once we have received the return, we will process the refund for you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

國際退貨

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

對於國際客戶，我們提供延長的 14 天退貨期，另外請知悉我們並不提供免費的退換貨服務，從我們的倉庫收到您的退貨之日起，請務必等待 5-10 個工作日處理退貨。

We offer an extended 14 day returns period for all international customers. Please do note that we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders. 

Please do allow 5-10 working days for returns to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return.

瑕疵作品

FAULTY GARMENTS

所有的作品出貨前皆經過檢查後細心包裝，然而有時候也可能會有疏失，屆時請將未曾磨損的作品連同原始標籤及附件，一同收進原始快遞盒，我們將非常樂意再重新寄送一次完整的作品給您。

All garmentsare carefully checked for faults before they are shipped;however, occasionally we might miss something. Inthis instance, providing the garment has not been worn and the original tags remain attached, and is packed into the original folding box, we would be more than happy to send a replacement. 

如果作品在送達時已遭損壞，請在收到貨的七天之內發信至info@releaseatelier.com，並提供開箱影片及損壞區塊照片，只有當作品在抵達時已有瑕疵，換貨或退款才會被成立。請知悉洗滌過程中造成的損壞，或因穿戴使用而磨損及損壞的作品皆不會被視為瑕疵。

If your garment arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@releaseatelier.com, also providing parcel opening video and photos. We can only offer an exchange or refund goods if the garmentwas faulty on arrival. We also cannot accept responsibility for garmentsthat have been damaged during washing. Similarly, garmentsthatare damaged from wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

瑕疵定義

WHAT IS CONSIDERED ‘FAULTY’ ?

所有顧客都希望收到“完美”的作品，但在製程中偶而會有些微異常情況發生，但作品整體依然漂亮且不影響使用及穿戴。由於RELEASE幾乎所有作品都使用天然材質，因此織物上的殘留顏色和織物的小瑕疵將不被視為缺陷。任何有瑕疵的作品將用作樣品。這是我們減少浪費並擁抱天然材料缺陷的品牌計劃之一。

We understand that, as consumers, we all want to receive a ‘perfect’ garment,but, as in any manufacturing process, minor anomalies occur and we don’t consider these a justification for taking them out of use, as they’re still beautiful and completely fit for purpose. Residual colour in the fabric and small fabric flaws will not be considered faulty. Any garmentsthat are not fit for purpose will be deemed faulty and used as samples. This is part of our brand plan to reduce waste and to continue to embrace the imperfections in natural materials.
