 訂製流程

挑選設計

到府量身

 

進行各部位量身、影像紀錄站姿，選擇喜歡的作品，可調整釦子和口袋數量，裁縫師將會開始打版、裁剪及製作。

 

 

完成品試衣

 

 

最終成品試穿，試穿時依然能有限度的微調版型。

 

 

手工縫製

  • 手工縫製的領子，經過自然成形的整燙固定後再裁剪手縫，才能使領子剛好地服貼在頸上，整圈外領經由星止手縫，使表裡布料固定，僅有手縫能讓每一個星星剛好的躺在布料上，避免機器縫製下陷過深的情況。

 

材質- 表布內裡

  • 表布布料普遍皆以羊毛、蠶絲、亞麻、棉等天然材質或混紡。
  • 內裡使用Bemberg德國品牌日本 Asahi Kasei 製造- Cupro棉絨再生纖維達到吸濕透氣，可選擇半裡布或是全裡布。

 

版型- 挑選作品

  • Release持續提供新想法及版型，除私人訂製分享之外，所有Release已發佈的作品皆能成為專屬於你的訂製西服。

 

日本薄襯＆毛襯

  • 第一層輕薄的日本薄黏襯，第二層透氣柔軟的毛料胸襯，使襯布發揮塑形功能的同時，依然能保持輕薄且透氣，是春夏季節穿精紡羊毛布料的好選擇。

 

點綴- 天然鈕釦

  • 天然象牙、牛角、貝殼、果實、木質釦等，因為來自大自然，所以每一顆皆獨一無二，一件作品最好的點綴。

THE CUSTOM SUIT-MAKING PROCESS

Select Design

At-Home  body measurements

Choose preferred designs, button and pocket quantities can be adjusted. Conduct body measurements, take images of standing posture, tailor will begin doing pattern making, cutting, and making.

Final fitting

Final product fitting, still able to make minor adjustments during fitting.

 

Hand sewing

  • Hand-sewn collar, after natural shaping and pressing, is fixed before cutting and sewing by hand to ensure it fits snugly around the neck. Collar securely attached to outer fabric and lining with Picking stitch. Only hand stitching can ensure that each star lies perfectly on the fabric, preventing the issue of machine stitching sinking too deeply.

 

Outer fabric & lining

  • Outer fabric commonly use wool, silk, linen, cotton, and blends.
  • Interlining made with German brand Bemberg manufactured by Asahi Kasei in Japan - Cupro fiber achieves moisture absorption and breathability, offering the choice of half lining or full lining.

 

Design Selection

  • RELEASE continues to offer new ideas and designs. In addition to custom orders, all previously released items from RELEASE can be tailored to become your exclusive tailored suit.

 

Lightweight Japanese fusing＆Woolen fusing

  • The first layer of lightweight Japanese fusing, the second layer of breathable soft woolen fusing, allows the fusing fabric to maintain its shaping functionality while remaining lightweight and breathable, making it a good choice for wearing fine wool fabrics in the spring and summer seasons.

 

Buttons

  • Natural ivory, buffalo horn, shells, corozo, wooden buttons, etc., are all unique as they come from nature, making each piece the best embellishment.
